Q. I would like to have an SDS (MSDS) for the product.

A. We do not provide this service to general consumers.

According to the "Exemption Regulations for Products Used in the Daily Lives of General Consumers," our products (excluding commercial products)

Please note that we do not provide SDS.

A. As a general rule, we do not update SDS (MSDS) for products that are no longer manufactured.

For those who use our commercial products or those who handle our products as a corporation, we do not update the SDS (MSDS) for products that are already out of production (discontinued production). If you need an old MSDS, please contact our sales representative.

Q: There is no scent (it's weak)...

A:The main factors considered to be as follows:

- In-car usage environment (temperature, humidity, space, installation location, etc.)

- Your physical condition on that day, or your nose becoming accustomed to the same scent

・Smells other than air fresheners

In terms of the seasons, it is said that the scent is relatively easy to detect during the early summer to summer months when the temperature rises, but is less noticeable during the dry winter months.

However, during the humid rainy season, the wick of the air freshener absorbs moisture from the air, which tends to weaken the diffusion of the scent.

Also, the smell of tobacco is stronger than you might think, and is absorbed by sheets and other materials, so the smell of tobacco may interfere with the air freshener.

Nowadays, there are many scent-related products such as fabric softeners and room fresheners, and our noses tend to get used to them without even realizing it. If you feel like the scent used to be stronger, it may be that a different scent is still lingering in your nose.

Also, a passenger who only occasionally rides in the car may perceive the scent differently from a driver who is a regular driver.

◎Have you removed the inner stopper and aluminum seal from the air freshener?

◎If it is liquid, is there a core (white rod) inside?

◎Can you smell it when you put your nose close to it?

■ Solution

◎ Keep the doors open for a while to allow fresh air to enter the entire car.

If you use air freshener continuously, the fragrance ingredients may transfer to the fabric parts inside the car, making it difficult to detect new scents.

Also, immediately after replacing the air freshener, the scent of the previous air freshener may remain.

Try opening doors and windows to ventilate the room.

◎ Change the location of the air freshener.

After ventilating the car by opening the windows all the way, you may be able to smell the scent more easily by placing the air freshener in a place where air can flow through.

It is recommended to install it upstream of the wind (around the air conditioner) as high up as possible.

◎Clean the interior of your car regularly.

Food residue on the floor or seats can give off a bad smell that can interfere with the scent of your air freshener. Clean the interior of your car regularly to keep it clean.

◎ Try placing multiple pieces

Possible reasons include the amount being too small for the space inside the vehicle, or the installation location being far from the driver's seat.

◎ Change your mood

Just like you can't smell your own house, but you can smell it when you go to someone else's house, your sense of smell has a defense mechanism called habituation.

If you smell the same smell for more than 30 seconds, your sense of smell will become numb, so try getting out of the car and taking a deep breath.

◎ Check the amount

For liquid or gel-type air fresheners, check to see if the level has decreased.

In both cases, the rate at which the product is consumed will vary depending on the season and temperature, regardless of the product endorsement period.

◎ Try changing the scent

Since customers sniff the products in the store, the scent may seem different from the scent that fills the car.

Even if you use the same air freshener, you may find that changing the type of scent makes it easier to detect.

◎Air conditioner installation type product

Q: How should I store it?

A. Store it on a level surface away from direct sunlight and where the temperature does not exceed 40°C, out of reach of children and those with impaired judgment.

(Liquid products may leak if stored in an upturned position.)

After opening, it is safe to use in a car at temperatures above 40°C.

A. Anything that is marked as "discontinued" on our website is no longer in production.

If the product name is not listed on the website, it has already been discontinued.

Also, if the product in the store is being replaced, the "discontinued" notice may not yet be displayed on our website.

*Even if a product is discontinued, it may be sold on our online store if it is in stock.
